REPOSITORY POLICY

JMPHSS has implemented a retention policy in Sherpa/Romeo, enabling authors to archive versions of their work in an institutional or preferred repository. Furthermore, JMPHSS has its own repository policy in place given below:

  1. Submitted Version: Authors are permitted to store their submitted manuscript in personal repositories or other repositories that are not accessible to the public. These repositories may include, but are not limited to, platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive, and Apple iCloud.
  2. Accepted Version: Authors are allowed to store their accepted manuscript in personal repositories or other repositories that are not publicly accessible. These repositories may include, but are not limited to, platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive, and Apple iCloud.
  3. Published Version: Authors are both permitted and encouraged to store the published version (in PDF format) of their work in institutional repositories, personal repositories, and other repositories. This published version can be made accessible for any use, including commercial purposes, provided proper acknowledgment is given.

As a long term repository, electronic backup and preservation of access to the journal content, JMPHSS is archiving at HEC National Digital Library.
